settings & multimedia where are they

settings & multimedia where are they: Posted by gordon on March 3rd, 2004; In my audio setup wizard in yahoo it tells me to click on settings &
multimedia but i dont have either of these two names on my computer,i have
windows XP PRO,
could you please show me the way to put them into my system i would be most
gratefull,
