- Show all "to:" addressees in Outlook 2002?
- Posted by Steve Freides on November 10th, 2003
When I get a message that's been addressed to a bunch of people, I see only
the first two or three in the little grey space that holds message header
information. I can't seem to find a way to enlarge that space to show all
recipients - is there a way?
TIA.

Hi Steve,
I don't know of a way to enlarge that space, but I have a trick if you want to see all the addresses.
Highlight the message and do a Ctrl - F3. That will show the complete heading and you'll see all the adddresses in the " To " line.

Ctrl-F3 did nothing at all here.

Ctrl-F3 does nothing if the message is the active window. Just highlight the
message (don't double-click it), then do a Ctrl-F3. This brings up the
message source. All "To's" are listed here.
