Sizing firefox window.
Posted by jill on March 12th, 2006

I can't find the setting in firefox to keep the size of the browser
window as I set it. Using Iexplore I can hold down the control key and
close the window and next time it is open it is the same. Why does not
firefox browser window do that as well. What is the trick?

Both FF and IE do that automatically here, without use of the Ctl
key. Perhaps you have desktop management software, often graphics
card firmware, overriding this function.

I can't even save changes such as use text only in toolbars. I set for
text only and icons keep coming back. Where do I look for solutions?
