Please help? For some unknown reason the writing text on the web sites
i visit has shrunk to a minimal size and i cant read any of it. I've
looked into internet options but that only lets me change the font and
not the font size. Any ideas welcome but please remember that i'm a
beginner.

Hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard, then use the scroll wheel on your
mouse to change the font size.
Make sure you have the browser window open when you do it.
