software removal

The Dell computer I am using is just over a year old. An XPS system that
included several promo's when first booted. Most are gone. At least till
yesterday . I have a page that won't go away now . Upon cold boot when ever,
the Biromsoft Web Cam window pops up. It has an expired free date but keeps
getting my attention by showing up on the boot. I found it in msconfig,
startup, uncheck the box and apply. Reboot. the window that comes up tells
me I have chosen to selective start up and to avoid this window to choose
normal start up in the future. Which includes the Birom... . I found this
file in Windows Program Files. Tried to delete it. "Access Denied"
What do I need to do to rid this C. of this program. It is too bad it is
there in the first place but how to rid is the question.
thanks, Jeff

Then select "don't ...". The changes will become permanent.

Run a good anti-spyware program like S&D. Best practice is to download
and update, then restart and run the first test/removal in safe mode.
