In OE, when you click to organise emails by one category (eg To) is there a
way to do it "then by" (eg Sent) like a data sort in Excel? There are often
times I'd like to briefly organise by "To" but have them listed
chronologically within that category, whereas they seem to come up randomly
other than by the selected category.

When you order the Sent folder by To, it is secondarily sorted by
Subject. When you order the Sent folder by Subject, it is secondarily
sorted chronologically.

The best way to get things secondarily sorted in a controlled manner is
to use your Edit/ Find function.

Then, you can plugin the To for that folder and your next array will be
all of those To. Then you have the option to sort those To on any other
column.
