Does anyone know what apps are needed to stream a live video captured
from my cable/satellite tv over the internet? I have an ATI All in
Wonder 8500 video capture card. It needs to support a bitrate of 100
KBytes/s (cable upload cap) or lower - it will be serving only one
connection anyway.
