If I download a program and save it to my desktop or a folder I scan it
before I open it. Lately when I right click the program and click on etrust
Antivirus the system will rstart. I have retrieved this error message...

This is the feed back I got from Microsoft Online Crash Analysis...
A device driver installed on your system caused the problem, but we cannot
determine the precise cause.
Does anyone have a clue which device would be involved here. I have checks
but alwalys get * this device is working properly.
