Can anyone tell me what is time out mean when the ADSL goes down?? Can it be
the firewall, router, or network card .?? Any suggestions would be a great
help./ When I see the Time out I cannot get on the internet on anyone of my
computers that have the static IP adreeses. Any Ideas how I can fix this.
