- Universal Chip Resetter

Hi I have an epson printer and want to refill the cartridges but they have a
chip on them to prevent this. However I have noticed that the companies that
sell ink to refill the cartridges also sell a Universal Chip Resetter to
reset the chip. How do these Universal Chip Resetters work and can they be
simulated by the user.
