upsteam confirms they have been posted to the "backbone" of the
network. That throws some people off if they are not expecting
it. Sometimes the sysadmin for newsserver will change that
setting and surprise people. It's not a big deal, just catches
you off guard. Your messages are getting out on the network and I
bet you're seeing them now.
