- Why can't I post to Microsoft newsgroups???

Am I the only one who can post to a number of newsgroups but not to others?
For example, yesterday I have subscribed to the NGs
"microsoft.public.excel"
"microsoft.public.excel.misc"
"microsoft.public.excel.printing".
I can read all messages, and I can post too.
Outlook Express shows clearly under "Sent Items" that the mail had been
sent.5 hours later my message is still missing from these 3 NGs.
I had the same problems with a couple of Microsoft NGs a while ago. Only 2
out of 8 Microsoft NGs showed my message.
By the way, I could also read all messages in these NGs...
What kind of problem am I dealing with here?
I am really lucky that the "24hoursupport.helpdesk" doesn't lock me out!:-)
Can anybody come up with a helping hand?

Just individual messages (the same message sent to 3 related NGs).
No, but I'll try that with the recent messages. It might take about 2 weeks
until they show up...

listings?
The MS servers are not strictly a part of usenet and ISPs "slurp" posts from
them.
A more reliable method is to use the server - msnews.microsoft.com -
then you have all the groups available (my posts usually take 2 minutes to
appear)
