- Windows Can't Access System Registry

Whenever I start my comp., I get the message "Windows encountered error
accessing system registry". It says it will restart and repair it for
me, but when I press ok it restarts and the same message appears. If I
just ignore the message the computer seems to work fine. I recently
resored the operating system so I would think I shouldn't be having

could be a sign of bad hardware. Bad memory or harddrive are leading causes.
