- Windows OneCare

I just got this yesterday, and it has fully replaced the Zone Alarm Security
Suite. I like it much better than ZA, it does not appear to be as much of a
resource hog that ZA is, and I can do things on MY computer while OneCare is
running, unlike being banned from Zone Alarm's computer every couple of
hours for almost an hour. It has even found a virus that ZA missed, a
trojan that is embedded into a photo I received several months ago. The
sender uses AVG, and I was using ZA, and both programs missed it. I am
impressed.

ZA used very little resources for me (4.5 was a hog) and I've never
been lock'd out because of ZA, unless the lock was on.
The Photo file is most likely the WMF type, ZA could of been keeping
this in during that time - and for several months you might of been a
zombie.

And your old Zone Alarm tool was supposed to check for viruses?
If you want a better firewall than ZA, I have seen recommendations in
the group. What were they, Outpost and Kerio?
