- XP Pro does not always shut down.

Having a problem with Win XP Pro, SP2 not shutting down when wanting to
re-boot or turn off. A friend with XP Home SP1 is also having the same
problem. Is there a fix?

The 'fix' is to do some detective work; it's probably
a driver issue of some sort.
