Hi

After installing XP I encunter a problem with MOTHERBOARD / BIOS an get the
above mess.

"Description: AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port
address (0xnnnn), which lies in the 0xXXXX - 0xYYYY protected address range.
This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for
technical assistance."

Namely in 0xCF8 - 0xCFF PCI Configuration Space Access Pair

Motherboard is M7VKA from Biostar and I have updated the BIOS and run
version VKA 1204 FSC

Updating is in accordance with Fujitzu_Siemens recommendations and I have
cecked Biostar.

The problem is not solved.

Anybody who can give me a hint how to solve the problem???

IN advance thanks
