- backup outlook pst. file

Ok, but I no nothing about programming and I’m at a lost if you could
give me and example that would be great.
I want to copy this file from this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Main\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
Over to this folder for a back up copy
G:\Outlook
I would like to have this execute every time I log in and out of my
setting on the computer..
If you could help that would be great.
