- Cannot use "Offline Files " on windows xp home edition

Cannot use "Offline Files " in my notebook PC with windows xp home
edition .
"Offline files" can use on my office computer with windows xp pro edition .
(--"My computer"--"tools"--"files options--"offline files" )
I try any ways I know, but failed.
Any suggestions?
