Changing Registered Owner Name

Changing Registered Owner Name: Posted by Jpen on September 27th, 2005; Is there any way to change the registered owner name in XP Professional
without a complete reformat and reload?
I have had to take back a laptop from a client who defaulted on payment and
need to change the User/Registered Name for the computer. Don't really want
to ghost out the applications and reload them if possible.
