Changing startup and shutdown screens
Posted by Elephant on January 4th, 2006

In previous versions of windows, there were files in the root and in the
windows folder that you could change so that you could have your own
starup and shutdown screens.

Can the same be done in XP, or are we stuck with what microsoft
gives us?
