- Creating a custom pop up window
- Posted by rhytrr on April 17th, 2008
I would like to know how to create a simple pop up window within the windows
environment, regardless of whatever application is open. For example, if I
am shutting down my computer, I'd like to create a reminder pop up to back up
my work. Similarly, at the end of the day, I'd like to create a pop up
reminder to update my billing sheet (I work out of my home office). Is there
a way that these can be easily created, without having to buy another
application and having that always run in the background (and load down my
processor even further). I know, most people hate pop ups, but these, for me
at least, would be useful. Thanks for your help.

Thats a good one...The pop-up would need a script for it to function, the
"scriptomatic v2.0" tool would help also. You can find both
at:http://www.microsoft.com/technet Look for script-center,look in script
library,
one maybe already made up......
