Cursor thickness while typing - how did I change it?

I changed the cursor thickness, and I don't know how! can you please suggest
ways that I may have done it. I didn't do it in display, or mouse, in control
panel, so how else could I have done it?

I was just on control panel, changing the settings of my computer, like
backgrounds and things, I wasn't actually in a program like word, or excel. I
just really want to know how to change it!

Go to Control Panel > Accessibility Options > Display (tab).
Under "Cursor Options", move the "Width" slider all the way
to the left (narrow) and click APPLY.
