- Device Manager Update

After SP2, when checking for hardware updates in Device Manager,
need to tick-off one of the 3 options under "Can Windows Connect To
Windows Update blah, blah, blah" and I tick off "No, not at this time"
for each device want to check for update.
If recall correctly, was a way could have device update work way it did
before SP2 without having to choose 1 of the 3 options, but can't remember
what did. Any info appreciated
