Exchange 2003

We have recently upgraded to 2003 from 5.5 Exchange Mail Server. I am
having problems with our global list appearing for off site employees.
When attempting to connect to the address book outlook freezes.
Eventually I am able to get into the address book and nothing appears
under the global list. This list is shared from the exchange to all
employees.
We have tried opening firewall ports and no luck.
Has anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions?

Your best bet is to post in one of the Exchange newsgroups - this is an
exchange configuration issue, not a WinXP issue.
