Favorites customization

I have favorites set to show under the start area. When I click on one of my
favorites from that area (not the favorites under internet explorer) it
loads the web page in a currently running copy of IE, if there is already
one running. Is there a way to force a new instance of Internet Explorer to
be opened instead of using an open copy and switching away from an already
loaded web page?

I have my stocks loaded on a web page all day and I don't want that to be
redirected when I click on one of my links.

Phil,

This tip might be helpful as well.

How to add a "Open in new Window" option for Internet Shortcuts (.URLs) ?:

Useful when you're accessing a favorite URL from Internet Explorer.
