It's very annoying, and sometimes harmful, that new windows by default always
pop up on top of any other window that are open.
Just to mention one example: Outlook reminders.
I'd like to prevent any new window whatsoever, from jumping on top of all
the open windows. Is there any way of doing that?
Blinking in the taskbar is more than enough.
