I have a shortcut on my desktop which points to a program in my
Profile folder.

If I move the program and its folder to another location (say,
Program Files) then the shortcut gets automatically updated to
"follow" the file to its new location.

How can I prevent this?

I want the shortcut NOT TO FOLLOW the movement of the program & its
folder.
