- .msstyles - where to put them

Does anyone know where to put .mssyles files because a Readme told me to put
them in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes but they didn't show up in the appearance
tab of the Display properties.
Any ideas where to put them & how to get them working?

[[To load the visual style, go to the Display Properties > Appearance >
Windows and Buttons, and find the visual style. Do not look for the visual
style in the Themes tab.]]
