MY COMPUTER DOESN'T REMEMBER E-MAILS OR PASSWORDS! I THINK I HAVE TO
CONFIGURE THE WINDOWS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME
WITH THIS PLEASE!

What program are you using to access your email? Have you verified that the
"save password" box is checked for each email account?
