Program Menu Font Size - Tech Support

Program Menu Font Size: Posted by Irv on March 4th, 2006; I have fought this as long as I can. Can someone please tell me how to
change the fonts and there size when you go to 'Start' and then 'Programs'.
Is it possible to do? I have already tried the normal things. I am using
the Winxp style.

One way to do this is to Right Click on the Desktop and select
Properties, and on the Appearance tab change Font Size to Large Font.
