We've no idea really but start with the application developer. Possibly get
a copy of the watson log to them.

Unless you are programming, open IE, select Tools, Internet Options,
advanced tab, under Browsing, put a check mark next to "Disable Script
Debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)".
