I would find it very convenient if I could insert category names from (e.g) a
drop-down menu list the moment I want to save a file with "Save As" (in
Windows Explorer, but preferably with - and when - any application storing a
file).

The drop-down category-list should be a mouse right-click Context-menu
option that I can choose when the cursor is placed in the "Save As"
name-field/box.

The list itself should be based on a categoryname database (Access 2003 ?),
which should be filled
a/ 'on the fly' with category names I type when I use the "Save As" (unique
index) drop-down list or
b/ manually through the database program by hand or from importing category
lists

Has anyone ever come across such an Plug-in/Add-on ? E.g. Creative Elements
Power Tools offers some nice Context-menu extensions, but unfortunately not
this one. Neither can I find it Googling or at Tucows etc. etc.
