After setting my desktop theme to Windows Classic, it doesn't persist after I
restart my system. Upon restarting, the Apperance of the Windows and Buttons
and taskbar reverts back to Windows XP style (although the desktop image
itself does not change. It retains it's plain-blue windows classic desktop).

Any thoughts?
