Posted by mcnulty_nathan@hotmail.com on February 28th, 2006

i was using tweak ui before and had no problems.

i have just had a major system failure and had to restart my comp. i
have got round to finally having a tweak again, and then when using
tweak UI all my icons reverted back to horrable 95/98 icons rather than
the xp icons. can anyone tell me why this is??

please

"Restart" is what you said. You meant "reinstall" methinks. *grin*

So you formatted and re-installed Windows XP. You have fully patched and
installed all the latest hardware drivers straight from each manufacturer.
You have installed your favorite antivirus application and immunized your
system from spyware/adware. You then installed Microsoft's PowerToy for
Windows XP: TweakUI.

You have the latest version from:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx

And your video card is updated with the latest driver from the manufacturer?
