for every piece of music that you'd like to include.

You might wish to consider a product like SmartSound, which not only comes
with a license for these kinds of uses, but has very sophisticated software
that facilitates scoring video. It's realtively inexpensive and there is a
wide variety of music available. It's what I use to score my amateur
videos, which you can see (and hear) here: www.travelersvideo.com.
