Adding Closed Captions
Posted by Ramsey on July 23rd, 2004

Hey all,
It has been a while since I last posted, having had your help has
had editing away. I have come to my next little obstacle and I do not
know what to do about it.

We just finished producing our first music video for a band and one of
the requirements for the music video to be aired on TV would be to
have Closed Captions within the video. I was curious, can anyone help
me out with what I would need on a desktop computer (hopefully
software and not hardware based) to include Closed Captioning in a
video? Its final product will be a DVD.

Thank you,

Ramsey

You'll need a high-speed line as each one (WMV format) is between 80 & 90
Mb.
