It's a TV Box like the ViewSonic N5 in that it has inputs for TV and other
video sources and VGA output so you can watch TV on your PC Monitor
without turning your PC on. One way that it's better than the N5 (besides
at $105 being cheaper) is that it has USB 2.0 output so it can also act
like a PVR. And it's better than a TV Tuner card because you don't have to
turn your PC on if all you want to do is watch TV on your monitor.
