- ASUS TV card help needed

I have an Asus TV FM card 7134 but I was not supplied with the "video
in" adaptor. Can any one tell me where I can buy one or supply the
pin outs so I can make one. I think its a Mini Din 9 Pin plug but I'm
not sure. Asus not being helpful
