If you connect a DV camcorder in XP, an icon turns up in "my computer".
By clicking this icon, you can get a preview from the camera.
This also works for more than one camera simultaneously.

In Vista however, no such icon seems to appear, and I don't know of an
easy way to get a preview.
Anyone with ideas?

I (and my customers) need an easy way to ensure that the DV camera(s)
are connected and working OK.
