MS is that big foot that tramples that small business.
Or from real life, MS is that company that then distributes free with
MS Windows that software the little startup created and was living on.
Again, and again, and again.
In the EU at least now they got busted and have to pay a fine and no longer
integrate media player.

I did notice BTW that the technical quality was not really that good.
To be more specific, the quality was appalling.
