Failure Ulead during capturing
Posted by Martin Kemper on December 24th, 2004

Hi,

I always use Ulead Video Studio 7 with pleasure.
Today I get however at the beginning of the capturing process the following
error message:

An error occured in the capturing process. This may be due to insufficient
disk space.
Capturing failes. The file may be corrupt etc etc

However, my disk has more than enough free space (46 GB).
Anyone has the same experience ? Any advice ?

Thanks

Martin

Is that your capture disk or your main disk? Check your temp directories
and make sure they're not full. I assume you;re running NTSF

Both my main disk and my capture disk have enough free space.

Ulead indicates:
FREE DISK SPACE: 48,879 MB
REMAINING TIME: 80:57:09 (this seems strange to me as normally I of
course use about 17 Giga per hour)

Temp directories are empty. I do use NTFS.

Best regards,

Martin
