Can anyone tell me how to play .jns files?

Thanks

Sounds like this might be some extension added by a specific program to
a specific type of file. I've certainly never heard of any .jns file
type to play.

Oops, I meant .jps files.

supports both the 3D and 2D jps file format.

Google was very amusing when I googled for jns. I got all kinds of
hits, but none that looked like they had to do with file types :-)

I just gave up.

I'm sure it is, and I'm sure you are too, but this file is 200Mb, a TV
show that someone has posted to one of the file servers, so is not a
picture.

How's that workin' for ya?

Are you actually seeking a solution, or do you just
enjoy typing?

Well, if your gonna make us accidentally guess the right questions to
ask, its gonna be hard to help.

Whoever encoded this 200MB TV show into what appears to be a somewhat
obscure format is probably evil.

Here is the actual file on-line. I managed to extract it. If you can
do the same, perhaps you can show me how to play it with some sort of
program.

That URL is a web page with a Macromedia/Adobe Flash video.
It appears to be an ad for some kind of subscription website.
You could try subscribing to the source.

If you sign up for free - which takes 2 minutes - that url will take
you to the video. The point is, can you get it to play?

Yes the video plays on the web page whose URL you provided.
If you are asking how to download a Flash video, your can
likely find a great deal of discussion by consulting your friend
Google.

Dunno what "jns" is? I saw no reference to it on the web page.
If you have some actual source, quote it. I'm not going to slog
through hundreds of lines of html on your little treasure hunt.
