Now that I have installed the PowerDirector 4.0 upgrade I can not find the
button for disk utilities. This is where Direct to DVD and Diskcopy are
located. in version 3.0.
I find PowerDirector express in the program folder but nothing happens when
I click on the Icon.

After researching your web site I decided to upgrade from PowerProducer 3.0
oem bundle to 4.0. Each step of the way your site indicated it was a full
upgrade for $49.00. Only after I installed the software did I find in the
readme file that it was an upgrade to 4.0 oem express version. To make
matters worse you then sent me an email offering me the full retail version
DVD solution 3 suite for $89.00.

I feel I should receive the retail version of PowerDirector 4.0 or the
chance to pay the $40.00 difference and get the retail version of DVD
Solution 3.
