- Shutter speed and sharpness on PD-150

I used to have a VX-2000 and I could control the sharpness of my videos
either plus or minus, on my PD-150 I can not find in the menus If I can do
the same. Also which is the best shutter setting for normal shooting. I am
using 60 shutter speed.
