XVID files?
Posted by Adam B on October 17th, 2004

I downloaded "SuperSize Me" on Bit Torrent,
it came as file.001, file.002 etc. I used a program to put these files
back together to make one whole file. This new file is supposed to be
an XVID file, but it has no extension, and when I try to open it with
any media player including a XVid player it does not recognise it.

What am I doing wrong?

if you didn't use winrar to put it back together , that may be the
problem.

try opening the file with winrar and see if it finds a video file
compacted within the file you have created.
