YMPEG new version 2.3 is available for download.

One of the major change in this revision is better real-time video compression
support by using offline audio compression. This version includes prototype
utility extractmux.exe which does offline audio compression and multiplexing.
We will soon add tutorials.

For those who are interested in SDK, YMPEG SDK is much powerful now. It let you
write your own MPEG enabled applications with much finer control. And the best
part is, it is free for all, including for commercial softwares. It is also
included in evaluation version. Latest SDK also supports smart and DCT noise
remover.
