I'm thinking about posting some samples of various instructional videos
I sell on YouTube. Of course, I would want to post links back to my
website, etc. Is this sort of thing a violation of YouTube's
"noncommercial" TOS? I see a LOT of people doing it ... so I'm not sure
if YouTube is just not enforcing the policy of if it really applies to
such activity? I'm guessing if it's in any way connected to a business
they'd want to grab money for advertising but I'm not sure how they
could with a "standard" youtube type account. TIA for any thoughts on
this.
