In our development we've created a deskband (like the IE QuickLaunch). After
installing and registering the software we can't seem to get it to show up
without right clicking on the TaskBar and selecting the deskband from the
Toolbar menu.

Anyone know how to programmatically activate it for all users? Or perhaps what
the registry keys are that we need to add.
