Does anyone know if there is a program available that will allow you to
extract resources from an exe file like the old borland C was able to do?
Like getting icons and bitmaps from any exe file?

....of course, Visual Studio can do that as well -- File/Open ... select
"Resources" from "Open As" dropdown list.
