A few threads back I was looking into getting the ethernet adapter
information in the same fashion that winipcfg and ipconfig do. I found some
sample code, but it requires some defines in two header files available
through the Windows NT 4.0 DDK (I assume newer DDK's should have them as
well), which used to be available for download, but is no longer. It
concerns the files tdiinfo.h and smpletcp.h. Does anybody know how I can
get my hands on these?

I think you can order DDK on cd for ~$20.
